Terms of Sale

1. Orders and prices

All prices are in Canadian dollars. GST (5%) and QST (9.975%) apply as shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error or unavailable product, with a full refund.

2. Payment

We accept cards and PayPal online, Interac e-Transfer and cash on delivery. Orders paid by e-Transfer or cash are confirmed once payment is received or recorded. Large orders and event bookings require a 25% deposit.

3. Delivery and pickup

Choose a delivery zone/postal code and a time slot at checkout. Same-day orders must be placed before 14:00. Someone must be present to receive perishable food; delays caused by incorrect addresses or absence may incur extra fees.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Cooked food is prepared to order. Orders may be cancelled for a full refund until preparation starts (generally 24 hours before the delivery slot). If a product is not as described or there is a quality problem, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we will replace or refund it. Spice products may be returned unopened within 14 days.

5. Event bookings

A booking is confirmed only after we approve it. The online amount is an estimate until confirmed. The deposit secures your date. Cancellations more than 14 days before the event: deposit refunded less processing fees; within 14 days: deposit is non-refundable unless we can rebook the date.

6. Event tickets

Tickets are confirmed after payment. If an event is cancelled by us, tickets are fully refunded. Ticket cancellations by attendees may be refunded up to 7 days before the event.

7. Allergens

Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens (including nuts, peanuts, sesame, soy, fish and crustaceans). We cannot guarantee any product is allergen-free. Check the allergen list on each product page and tell us about allergies before ordering.

8. Language

This site is available in English and French. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails to the extent required by Quebec law.
