Grillardes Anna Soya is a Montreal, Quebec business selling roasted beef soya and spices and providing event grilling services. Our person in charge of the protection of personal information is Anna, reachable at info@grillardesannasoya.com.

2. What we collect

Only what we need: your name, email, phone, delivery address, order and booking details, dietary notes you choose to share, and messages you send us. Card details are handled by our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal) and never reach our servers.

3. Why we collect it

To prepare and deliver your orders, manage event registrations and bookings, send transactional emails, answer your requests, meet legal and tax obligations, and, only with your consent, send our newsletter.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies (session, cart, language). Optional privacy-friendly analytics are only enabled if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your cookies.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the business (payment processing, email delivery, hosting). We never sell your personal information. Some providers may store data outside Quebec; we require appropriate protection.
